Plot theme- this story takes place in a future where the technology to erase some persons memory of their loved one is existing. two people fall in love with each other become true lover & like a regular couple they had a fight! The girl cant stand the behavior that boy did. She go to the clinic & erases the memory of that boy from her mind. Here the boy try to reconnect to her but she refuses to even know him. He cries & after going to the all agony that he was in. he discovered the fact that she removed him from her memory. He also finds out that she is in relation with some other boy who is working for the same doctor who did erased her memory. Now our hero goes to the same doctor asks him for same procedure. The procedure starts & he realizes that the boy who work for the doctor actually stole his memory & things & tries to impress the girl -in short that boy was impressing her by being & acting like this boy jim carrey. So in Jim's subconscious mind he try to hide her memory from this thief & want her to be safe but finally the doctor succeeds & he loses her . next morning he wake up without any memory of her heck he don't even know her & suddenly he meets her again as a stranger talks to each other & have a feeling for each other & they are about to start living to gather again at that time the girl who works for a doctor realizes her own such procedure by which she forgotten the doctor discloses every patient the truth & thus our couple here knows what is going in between them & sure the procedure doesn't changed the feeling this is all about eternal sunshine of a spotless mind.
Great story – Strong one- beautiful direction – very well use of a flashback technique by director- Very good performances
Emotional – sentimental- drama – Literally a classic movie
